We know that Microsoft just will give it out to people with Professional, Enterperise and Ultimate edition of Windows 7, but yet it have other requirement: That the processor support acceleration on emulation intrucctions, the problem is that NOT all processors on the market have this features, old Macbooks had it, new ones doesn’t is an example. You need to see if your processors haves Intel VT or AMD-V technology. In my case I have an Intel Quad Core Q6600.
